1. Who We Are

AfroLife Ministry Club (“AfroLife”, “we”, “us”) is a Christ-centered global fellowship and spiritual community operated by AfroLife Ministry™. AfroLife Ministry™ currently operates as a ministry and community project. Formal charitable and foundation registration is in progress. 

By accessing or using our websites, platforms, events, content, communication channels, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. 

2. Membership & Participation 

AfroLife Ministry Club is open to all people who desire spiritual growth, Christian fellowship, and creative community in Christ. 

Participation may include worship, prayer, community groups, events, mentorship, and creative activities. Any giving or financial support is voluntary. 

No donation, gift, or contribution purchases salvation, spiritual status, or favor before God. 

3. Faith & Community Standards 

AfroLife exists to honor Jesus Christ and build a community of love, holiness, integrity, and service. 

You agree not to use the Services for hate, harassment, discrimination, fraud, exploitation, unlawful activity, or anything that disrupts worship, prayer, or community life. 

AfroLife Ministry™ may remove content or restrict participation to protect the spiritual and relational health of the community. 

4. Content & Intellectual Property 

All sermons, teachings, music, writings, videos, designs, logos, trademarks, and materials are owned by or licensed to AfroLife Ministry™. 

You are granted a limited license to access them for personal, non-commercial spiritual use. Commercial use, redistribution, or resale requires written permission. 

By submitting testimonies, prayers, messages, or creative content, you grant AfroLife Ministry™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them for ministry, teaching, and outreach unless you state otherwise in writing. 

5. Gifts, Offerings & Support 

All donations, offerings, and financial support are voluntary gifts to AfroLife Ministry™ to support worship, community programs, mentorship, creative ministry, outreach, and operations. 

AfroLife Ministry™ is not yet a registered charity, and donations may not currently be tax-deductible. Refunds are at AfroLife’s discretion unless required by law. 

6. No Professional Advice 

All content is spiritual and educational. It does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. 

7. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfroLife Ministry™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in the Services. 

8. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by English law. 

9. Jurisdiction 

The courts of London, England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services. 

10. Changes 

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
